    浅析影响选煤厂电耗的因素与对策

    Analysis of the factors influencing the power consumption of coal preparation plants and countermeasures

    • 摘要: GB 29446—2019《选煤电力消耗限额》已于2020年7月1日开始实施。为做好节能降耗工作,使选煤厂的电耗指标满足标准要求,从选煤厂工程设计、运营、管理等方面,分析了影响电耗的主要因素以及降低电耗宜采取的应对措施,以达到降低选煤生产成本,提升选煤设备、选煤厂设计、选煤生产管理的技术水平的目的,为在2030年前实现碳达峰作出应有的贡献。

       

      Abstract: The standard GB 29446—2019 《The Norm of the Coal Consumption of Coal Washing》 was put into force on July 1, 2020. In order to realize energy conservation and cut down power consumption of coal preparation plants and meet the standard-specified power consumption norm, an analysis is made of the main factors influencing the consumption of power and the countermeasures which should appropriately adopted from the plant design, operation and management aspects. It is aimed to enable coal preparation plants to reduce operating costs, upgrade process equipment and plant design, and enhance the technical level in operation management, so as to make due contributions to reach the goal of realizing carbon neutrality prior to 2030.
