    临涣选煤厂重介系统的改造实践

    Practice of technical upgrading of the heavy medium coal washing system at Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了切实实现煤炭工业绿色、低碳、循环、可持续发展的目标,淮北矿业集团临涣选煤厂采取了一系列切实有效的技术措施对现有系统进行了升级改造,主要包括重介质选煤设备、重介质分选密度控制系统、粗煤泥分选工艺方面的改造。生产实践表明:该厂超级重介质旋流器应用后,各粒级可能偏差小于0.05 g/cm3,数量效率大于98%(0.5~0.25 mm粒级除外),原煤得到了有效分选;重介质分选密度控制系统的改造,保证了重介精煤灰分的稳定,使得精煤合格率和产率均有所提高;采用煤泥重介质旋流器降低了粗煤泥回收下限,提高了粗精煤泥回收率。

       

      Abstract: In order to achieve the goals set for the sustainable development of a green, low-carbon and circular coal industry, work is made on the technical upgrading of Linhuan Plant's existing coal washing system especially the heavy medium washing equipment, separating density control system and coarse slime separation process by taking a series of practical and effective technical measures. Practice shows that through the use of the super H. M. cyclone, the raw coal can get effectively separated as the cyclone can work with an ecart probable moyen as low as 0.05 g/cm3 and a high organic efficiency of 98%( excluding the 0.5~0.25 mm size fraction); with the use of the upgraded separating density control system for the heavy medium washing process, the stability of the ash of clean coal is ensured, and the rate and yield of up-to-standard clean coal product is noticeably increased; and the use of the coal slime H. M. cyclone can allow for further extent of lower size limit of separation of coarse slime and lead to rise of yield of clean coarse slime product.
