    高压隔膜压滤机在上榆泉选煤厂应用的可行性研究

    Feasibility study of application of the high-pressure diaphragm filter press at Shangyuquan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对原有隔膜压滤机技术落后,煤泥产品水分高,生产效率低的问题,上榆泉选煤厂引入一种高压隔膜压滤机的工业试验机对煤泥水进行单因素压滤试验分析,为后续设备置换提供参考数据。试验得出了高压隔膜压滤机最佳工况参数:挤压压力为6 MPa、入料压力为1.5 MPa、入料质量分数为20%、挤压时间为550 s、入料时间为900 s;同时对原有隔膜压滤机的卸料方式和滤液处理工艺提出优化升级方案,若将其应用于置换后的高压隔膜压滤机,压滤效果可优于原有隔膜压滤机,解决该厂目前煤泥系统存在的问题。

       

      Abstract: The diaphragm filter press currently used is technically backward and low in efficiency and its cake product has a high moisture. To tackle the problems, an industrial high-pressure diaphragm filter press is introduced by the plant to conduct test on influence on cake moisture produced by each working parameter and the optimum working conditions, with an aim to explore the feasibility of using this kind of filter press in place of the existing one. Study result shows that a best result can be expected when the filter press operates with the following parameters: extrusion pressure—6 MPa, extrusion time—550 s, feed pressure—1.5 MPa, feed concentration—20% and feeding time—900 s; and through application of the technically upgraded cake discharge and filtrate treatment processes developed by the manufacturer for the existing filter press, the high-pressure type can work with a far better performance than the existing one.
