    永明煤矿选煤厂煤泥水系统技术改造

    Technical transformation of the coal slurry water system of Yongming Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对煤泥水分偏高,压滤系统压滤时间过长的问题,永明煤矿选煤厂对现有的煤泥水处理系统进行了工艺改造,通过分流实现压滤机入料的不同,产生两种煤泥产品;引进超高压压滤机代替原有压滤设备,并对改造前后压滤机滤饼进行了XRD、水分分析。结果表明:改造后煤泥水分降低至15.40%,发热量由4 MJ/kg提升至11 MJ/kg,达到客户需求,有效增加了选煤厂经济效益。

       

      Abstract: For tackling the problems regarding the high moisture of coal slime and excessively long working cycle of the filter pressing system, technical reform of the existing slurry water treatment system is made by Yongming Mine Coal Preparation Plant by taking the following two approaches: splitting the slurry flow to allow the filter press system to treat two separate feed materials to produce two different slime products, and replacing the existing filter presses with introduced ultrahigh-pressure ones. XRD analysis of the cake products obtained before and after the technical reform indicates that the moisture of the slime product is reduced to a level as low as 15.40%, and its calorific value goes up from 4 MJ/kg to 11 MJ/kg, well meeting the requirement of users, yielding as a result a favorable economic result for the plant.
