    Application of the novel collectors BK610 and BK612 at Limin Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 煤泥浮选主要以柴油、煤油或其他杂油作为捕收剂,在多数情况下存在药耗高、精煤产率较低的问题。为提高浮选精煤产率,消除安全及环保隐患,以利民选煤厂的浮选入料作为研究对象,通过小浮选试验、浮选速度试验和分步释放浮选试验对比了新型捕收剂BK610、BK612与传统捕收剂的浮选效果。结果表明:针对利民选煤厂的煤泥,新型捕收剂BK610具有更优良的浮选性能;在较低药剂用量的条件下,使精煤产率提高了5个百分点。

       

      Abstract: Diesel or kerosene or other waste refinery oil is generally used in fine coal flotation process. In most cases, the problems with the use of such collectors are high consumption of collector and low yield of concentrate. In order to obtain a higher yield of flotation concentrate and eliminate safety hazards and hidden peril to environment, test is made with Limin Plant's flotation feed as object to compare the effects of flotation that can be obtained with the use of the new-type collectors BK610 and BK612 and the traditionally used collector through bench-scale flotation experiment, flotation rate test and timed-release analysis. Test result shows that for the flotation feed of Limin Plant, the use of BK610 can offer a much better selectivity effect; and at a small dosage of BK610, the yield of flotation concentrate can be increased by 5 percentage points.
