    智能配煤系统在王坡选煤厂的应用

    Application of the intelligent coal blending system at Wangpo Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了保证产品质量、提高经济效益,山西天地王坡煤业有限公司选煤厂针对混煤产品煤质波动频次高、幅度大的问题,结合现有的工艺流程和生产情况,通过安装在线检测灰水仪、数控调量装置和配煤搅拌装置等设备,并开发了配煤专家自动化系统和数据库,实现了智能配煤。生产实践表明:智能配煤系统运行稳定,在线多点式灰水仪检测结果与化验灰分、水分比对标准偏差均满足预期精度,实现了末原煤、中煤、末精煤的精确掺配,最终使混煤产品指标得到有效控制。

       

      Abstract: The mixed coal product of Wangpo Coal Preparation Plant of Tiandi Coal Co. Ltd., Shanxi Province, fluctuates frequently and widely in quality. For ensuring product quality consistency and improving economic performance, the online ash and moisture monitors, NC coal Proportioning device and the coal mixer are added, and the coal blending-expert automation system and data base are developed, in line with the plant's existing coal cleaning processes and operating conditions, so as to realize intelligent coal blending operation. Practice shows that the blending system can maintain reliable and smooth operation; the monitored ash and moisture values are in good agreement with the analytical values with a deviation up to the required accuracy; and the quality indices of the blended coal can be effectively controlled thanks to the possibility to mix the small raw coal, small clean coal and middlings in an accurate manner.
