渡市选煤发电厂重介分选系统故障预警系统的研究与实践

摘要: 为解决三产品重介质旋流器入料压力和合格介质密度的异常波动对选煤生产造成重大影响的问题,渡市选煤发电厂通过对三产品重介质旋流器的入料压力和合格介质密度变化规律进行研究,增设了故障预警系统,并结合故障类型分析提出了相应的解决措施,实现了故障的及时发现和处理。生产实践表明:故障预警系统的应用可创造直接经济效益294.16万元/a,减小了故障处理的劳动量,综合效益显著。Abstract: The abnormal fluctuations of feed pressure and density of medium suspension of the 3-product heavy medium cyclone exert a great impact on the normal operation of the heavy medium separation system. To address the issue, a study is made on the laws governing the variations of the aforesaid two parameters. Through the application of a fault early warning system and adoption of corresponding measures based on analysis of types of faults, it is possible to realize detection and treatment of any fault in a timely manner. Practice shows that the application of the early warning system has led to the creation of direct economic revenues of 2.941 6 million yuan per year and reduced labor intensity for fault handling work, yielding as a result a noticeably favorable composite economic result.
