    煤泥干燥设备的研究现状及展望

    State-of-the-art and perspective of the R & D of slime thermal drying equipment

    • 摘要: 阐述了煤泥干燥系统的干燥原理和干燥方式,介绍了常用干燥设备及其适用性,依据干燥系统的设计原则,对干燥设备的研发方向进行了研判,提出了一种以振动流化技术为核心的煤泥干燥系统。该干燥系统既可增加物料与热媒的接触面积,又能延长物料与热媒的接触时间,还可提高物料与热媒的接触强度,对粒度不均的物料干燥适应性强。

       

      Abstract: Following an overview of the working principle and drying mode of each kind of available slime thermal drying technologies, the paper presents an introduction to the commonly used drying equipment and their respective specific applicability, and elaborates on the developing trend of the drying equipment working on different design principles. A kind of slime drying system working with vibration-fluidization technology as the core is proposed. The use of the system can make it possible to increase coal particle-heat media contact area, intensity and time, and has a high adaptability particularly to the drying of materials with uneven size compositions.
