    基于正交试验设计的煤泥分步释放浮选试验研究

    Experimental study of timed-release flotation of coal slime based on the design scheme derived through orthogonal test

    • 摘要: 为了考察临涣选煤厂<0.5 mm粒级煤泥的可浮性,采用四因素三水平正交试验设计进行了分步释放浮选试验,考察了起泡剂用量、捕收剂用量、矿浆浓度、单位面积充气量对浮选精煤产率和灰分的影响。直观分析结果表明,影响浮选效果的因素依次为:捕收剂用量、起泡剂用量、矿浆浓度、单位面积充气量;方差分析结果表明,影响浮选效果的因素依次为:起泡剂用量、捕收剂用量、矿浆浓度、单位面积充气量;综合分析得到,最佳浮选药剂用量为:正十二烷用量为800 g/t,仲辛醇用量为80 g/t。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the flotability of the <0.5 mm size coal slime of Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant, the timed-release flotation analysis is made with the coal based on the design scheme specified through 4-factor 3-level orthogonal test. It is aimed to explore the effect on flotation concentrate yield and ash produced by each of the following four factors: frother dosage, collector dosage, pulp concentration and aeration quantity. Intuitive analysis shows that: ranked in order of degree of influence are collector dosage, frother dosage, pulp concentration, aeration quantity; as indicated by result of variance analysis, in terms of degree of impact on flotation performance, the above-going ranking is changed to frother dosage, collector dosage, pulp concentration, aeration quantity; and as noted by analysis using synthesis method, an optimum flotation result can be expected with the use of n-dodecane and sec-octanol at a respective dosage of 800 g/t and 80 g/t.
