    Study on the materials for making the crushing tooth of sizing crusher and their properties

    • 摘要: 为了提升分级破碎机产品的稳定性,在对目前国内普遍应用的分级破碎机中碳钢破碎齿的铸造工艺和材质进行研究分析的基础上,调整了中碳钢中两种微量元素的含量,并对比了调整前后样块儿的晶相组织、力学性能和耐磨性的数据。结合分级破碎机在煤矿现场实际使用情况,分析了两组破碎齿材质的优劣,提出了不同应用场景下破碎齿材质的选取方法,并对未来破碎齿材质发展的多样性和定制性作出预测。

       

      Abstract: For attaining a higher working stability of sizing crusher, a study is made on the medium-carbon steel tooth material and its casting process. Based on study and analysis result, the contents of two trace elements in the steel material are adjusted. Following a comparative analysis of the data relating to crystal structure, mechanical property and wear resistance of the test samples before and after adjustment is made as well as the results obtained in field application, the paper goes to elaborate on the advantages and disadvantages of two groups of tooth materials, and the criteria for selection of tooth materials for use in different working scenarios are proposed. Finally, it is predicted that the tooth material of sizing crusher tends to become diversified and customized in future development.
