    煤泥研磨脱泥浮选试验研究

    Experimental study on flotation of the fine coal predeslimed through grinding process

    • 摘要: 为解决煤泥难浮选的问题,亿成选煤厂以原生煤泥为试验样品,通过分析煤质特性和煤泥可浮性,探讨了煤泥研磨脱泥浮选的可行性。试验结果表明:煤泥最佳磨矿时间为90 s,磨矿脱泥浮选工艺可以使浮选精煤产率从29.85%提高至36.87%,浮选精煤灰分从11.43%降至11.16%,为后续浮选工艺改造提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: In order to overcome the difficulties in flotation of fine coal, the primary slime of Yicheng Coal Preparation Plant is taken as the sample to explore its property and flotability. Based on the analysis result, the feasibility of flotation of the coal after being deslimed through grinding process is investigated. Test result shows that at a grinding time of 90 s, the concentrate of such a process can see a rise of yield from 29.85% to 36.87% and a drop of its ash from 11.43% to 11.16%. The proposed flotation process may serve as a reference for the plant's subsequent flotation system upgrading work.
