    储煤仓预防自燃的实践

    Measures adopted for prevention of spontaneous combustion of storage bunker

    • 摘要: 为预防选煤厂储煤仓自燃,在探讨了煤炭自燃机理、过程、条件、影响因素及其危害的基础上,泊江海子矿选煤厂结合生产实际,通过建立循环放仓制度,增加储煤仓报警功能,定期清仓等,有效避免了自燃事故的发生,为选煤厂预防储煤仓煤炭自燃,保障安全生产提供了理论参考和实践经验。

       

      Abstract: For preventing spontaneous combustion of bunker-stored coal, a study is made by Pojianghaizi Coal Preparation Plant on spontaneous combustion of low-rank coal including its mechanism, process, required conditions, influential factors and potential hazards that can be incurred. On the basis of the study results and in line with the specific operating conditions of the plant, a series of effective approaches for avoiding the combustion-induced hazards are adopted, such as practice of the system of making cyclic discharge of bunkered coal, addition of alarm device and clearing of bunkers on a regular basis. The study made in the paper provides a theoretical reference and practical experience for prevention of spontaneous combustion of bunker-stored low-rank coal and ensuring safety operation.
