    黏湿煤干法分选技术研究与应用

    Study and application of wet and sticky coal pneumatic cleaning technology

    • 摘要: 针对现有干法分选技术分选黏湿煤时存在的问题,分别对FX型干选机的驱动装置、筛板和配套除尘器进行优化设计,并将优化后的干选机应用在色连一号煤矿选煤厂<25 mm粒级末煤分选工艺改造中,使干选机入料的外在水分上限由11%提高至14%。应用结果表明:<25 mm粒级末煤经干选后,发热量提高了3.53 MJ/kg,有效减轻了原有分选系统煤泥水处理系统的负荷,同时提高了选煤厂的处理能力。

       

      Abstract: To tackle the problems encountered in the use of the existing wet sticky coal pneumatic cleaning technology, optimum design is made of the driving mechanism, screen deck and associated dust collection system of the dry cleaning machine for treating a feed with a moisture content increased from 11% to 14%. The <25 mm small coal cleaning process of Selian No. 1 Coal Mine Washery is then renovated with the use of the optimized pneumatic cleaning machine.Results of study and field application show that dry cleaning of the <25 mm small coal can lead to an increase of its calorific value by 3.53 MJ/kg, ease of the heavy workload of the coal slime water treatment system in previously applied coal cleaning process, and rise of treating capacity of the plant.
