    花园煤矿选煤厂分选工艺系统技改实践

    Practice of technical transformation of the coal cleaning system of Huayuan Mine's Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决原煤中细粒级煤泥含量增加导致的分选系统处理能力下降、分选效率降低和介质消耗增大的问题,花园煤矿选煤厂在对分选系统进行分析研究的基础上,采取改造合格介质分流箱,增设叠层高频振动细筛、煤泥离心脱水机、磁选机,完善介质回收系统等措施,对分选工艺进行了技术改造。生产实践表明:工艺系统技术改造有效提高了重介主选分选精度,降低了粗精煤泥灰分,解决了重介精煤“背灰”的问题,且使介耗和产品水分均有所降低,提高了精煤产率和企业的综合经济效益。

       

      Abstract: The coal cleaning system of Huayuan Mine's Coal Preparation Plant used to operate with a low capacity and efficiency and a high medium consumption due to ever-increasing rise of proportion of fine coal in raw coal treated. To cope with this situation, work is made on technical transformation of the existing coal cleaning system based on result of analysis of the system. The technical measures adopted include renovation of working medium splitter box, addition of stacked high-frequency vibrating fine screen, fine coal dewatering centrifuge, magnetic separator and improvement of medium recovery system. Practice shows that the technical renovation work has led to improved separation accuracy of the primary heavy medium washing system, elimination of the need to make the ash of the system's clean coal to be lower than necessary, reduced ash of coarse slime and drop of both comsumption of medium and moisture of products, increased clean coal yield and improved composite economic performance.
