    察哈素选煤厂末煤干选可行性研究

    Feasibility study of dry cleaning of small coal at Chahasu Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 介绍了察哈素选煤厂入选原煤的煤质特点,分析了现有洗选工艺存在的问题。采用ZM矿物高效分离机对察哈素选煤厂脱粉后的不同粒级末煤进行了工业性试验,对分选效果进行了分析,并对分选后的中煤进行了再选。工业性试验结果表明,ZM矿物高效分离机对察哈素选煤厂末原煤的适用性良好,并提出改进后的工艺流程。

       

      Abstract: Following an introduction to the property of the raw coal treated by Chahasu Coal Preparation Plant, an analysis is made of the problems of the existing coal washing process. Based on analysis, the ZM high-efficiency mineral separator is used to treat different sizes of small coal after removal of fines, and the result obtained through industrial test is analyzed. The middlings product produced by the separator is re-cleaned. Result of industrial test shows that the ZM high-efficiency separator is well applicable to the cleaning of the small coal of the plant. At the end of the paper, the flowsheet of the renovated cleaning process is proposed.
