    大屯选煤厂粗精煤回收系统改造实践

    Practice of renovation of the clean coarse slime recovery system at Datun Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对粗精煤细泥夹带多、水分高的问题,大屯选煤厂通过采用大直径煤泥浓缩旋流器替代小直径旋流器,叠层高频振动筛替代三质体高频振动筛,卧式煤泥离心机替代立式刮刀离心机等措施对粗精煤回收系统进行了改造。改造实施后,粗精煤灰分由9.19%降低到7.96%,水分由13.30%降低到9.20%,提质增效显著。

       

      Abstract: The problem facing the plant is that the clean coarse-grained slime is high in content of entrained fine slime and moisture. To address this issue, renovation work is made on the use of the large-diameter thickening cyclone, stacked-up high-frequency vibrating screen and horizontal slime dewatering centrifuge respectively in place of the small-diameter cyclone, 3-mass high-frequency vibrating screen and vertical scraper-discharge centrifuge. Practice shows the renovation work makes it possible for the clean coarse slime to drop its ash from 9.19% to 7.96% and its moisture from 13.30% down to 9.20%—a noticeable improvement well meeting the requirements for upgrading of product and improvement of operating efficiency.
