    Present status of the research work on intelligent control in slime water treatment

    • 摘要: 为了理清智能控制在煤泥水处理过程中的研究和应用现状,基于煤泥水的来源、特性及当前主要的煤泥水处理工艺,综述了智能化技术及设备在煤泥浮选和煤泥水沉降澄清处理环节的应用,重点阐述了尾煤浓缩机自动加药控制系统在选煤厂的应用;详细分析了目前煤泥水处理过程实现智能化的主要问题和难点,为煤泥水处理系统实现全过程智能化提供了参考和借鉴。

       

      Abstract: In order to gain a deeper insight into the research work on intelligent control in slime water treatment process and the current status of the technology in field application, the paper starts with an introduction to the source and characteristics of slime water and the main technological treatment processes in current application, and then goes to elaborate on the application of the technology and key equipment in fine coal flotation and slime water sedimentation and purification links, particularly the application of the tailings thickener's automatic agent dosing system in coal preparation plant. Following that an in-depth analysis is made on the main problems and bottlenecks encountered in realization of smart control in slime water treatment process at present. The work made in the paper provides a reference for the realization of overall intelligentization of coal preparation plant.
