    • 摘要: 为构建智能工厂,实现选煤生产过程的三维可视化管理,付村煤业有限公司选煤厂结合自身生产工艺,应用虚拟现实技术,建立了厂区建筑、生产设备、管线等设施的三维场景,将生产数据采集、安全监测监控与生产时空有机结合,构建了集智能巡检、交互控制、员工培训、设备安全监测监控及预警功能于一体的三维可视化信息管理系统。生产实践表明,该系统有效提高了选煤生产管理水平,降低了生产成本,实现了安全、高效组织生产的目的。

       

      Abstract: In order to develop a smart coal preparation plant and realize 3 D visualized management of coal cleaning operations, an integrated 3 D visualized information management system is developed in line with the operating conditions of the plant by using the visual reality software. The visualized system can present a general view of the scenes of the buildings and structures in the plant area, and the operating equipment and pipe lines, and can perform the following functions: organic integration of data collection and safety monitoring with coal cleaning operation of the plant both in time and space, intelligent patrol inspection, interaction control, personnel training, safety monitoring and control of operating equipment, analysis of early warning, etc. Practice shows that the use of the system makes it possible to enhance coal cleaning equipment management level, reduce production costs, ensure safe and well-organized coal cleaning operations.
