    重介质旋流器选煤技术在我国的创新发展与应用

    Innovative development and application of China's heavy medium cyclone coal washing technology

    • 摘要: 重介质旋流器选煤技术是当前我国实现原煤高效分选的重要技术手段。文章介绍了21世纪以来我国重介质旋流器选煤技术在基础理论研究、分选工艺变革、技术装备创新等方面所取得的研究成果及其技术装备在生产现场的应用情况,以期为选煤厂技术更新和技术改造提供借鉴,并提出了未来重介质旋流器选煤技术及装备向智能化和精细化发展的建议。

       

      Abstract: Heavy medium cyclone coal washing technology is currently an important technological means for effecting high-efficiency cleaning of raw coal in China. The paper presents an overview of the achievements obtained by China since the 21st century in basic research and innovaation of washing process and associated equipment as well as the results obtained in field application of this technology, with an aim to provide a reference for technical innovation and upgrading of coal preparation plants. Finally, the suggestions for allowing the technology to develop towards intelligent and delicate direction are put forward.
