    Analytical study of the properties and compatibleness of the clean lean coal products of different separation systems

    • 摘要: 为研究不同分选工段瘦精煤的配伍性,对山西沁新煤业有限公司选煤厂洗选的三种不同分选工段的瘦精煤进行了常规煤质与煤岩分析,并进行了配煤炼焦试验研究。研究结果表明:不同分选工段瘦精煤的煤质与配伍性存在较大差异,受洗选与灰分富集及煤岩有机相碎裂程度的影响,粗精煤的灰分、黏结指数在三种分选工段瘦精煤中较优;受灰分、黏结指数及煤岩活惰比指标影响,粗精煤与跳汰精煤的配伍性在三种分选工段瘦精煤中较优。以上研究结果对煤炭洗选生产及炼焦精煤采购具有积极的指导意义。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the compatibleness of the clean lean coal products of different separation systems, routine analysis of the property and petrographic composition of the different products and testing on coking with blended coal are conducted at the coal preparation plant of Shanxi Qinxin Energy Group Co. Ltd. Study results show that the clean products of the three different separation systems differ widely in property and compatibleness; due to the difference in degree of separation, ash enrichment and fragmentation of organic phase of coal and rock, the clean coarse slime has a lower ash content and a higher caking index as compared with those of the other products; and because of the combined effects of ash content, caking index and the ratio of active and inertia petrographic components, the clean coarse slime and jig's clean coal product exhibit the best compatibleness among the others. The result of study made in the paper has a positive guiding significance for coal preparation and purchase of clean coking coal.
