    煤用浮选药剂乳化参数优化研究

    Study on optimization of coal flotation agent emulsification parameters

    • 摘要: 为有效改善煤泥浮选效果,节约浮选药剂用量和控制设备输入能量,利用高速动态分析系统及单槽浮选机,对药剂的乳化分散效果与浮选精煤灰分、可燃体回收率等指标进行了对比分析。结果表明:在搅拌转速为1 900 r/min、油水比为2∶1时,乳化效果最佳,在此条件下,精煤灰分降低2.81个百分点,可燃体回收率增加4.83个百分点。该研究可为实际生产中的药剂与输入能量的节约提供理论指导,有助于提高经济效益和社会效益,实现碳减排。

       

      Abstract: For improving coal slime flotation efficiency, cutting consumption of agents and control of equipment input energy, an comparative analysis is made on the effect of agents emulsification and dispersion on ash of flotation concentration and recovery of combustible matter by means of high-speed dynamic analysis system and a single-cell flotation machine. Result of analysis shows that an optimum emulsification result can be expected at an agitating speed of 1 900 r/min and an oil-water ratio of 2∶1, and in this case, there can be seen a decrease of concentrate ash by 2.81 percentage points and a rise of recovery of combustible matter by 4.83 percentage points. The study results provide a theoretical guidance for reduction of consumption of agents and energy input in field operation of flotation systems, which may help create more social and economic benefits and reduce carbon emissions.
