    TGS智能梯流干选机在淮北矿业集团的应用

    The TGS intelligent gradient-fluidization dry separator applied by Huaibei Mining Group

    • 摘要: 为了提高炼焦煤入选原煤质量,淮北矿业集团以临涣煤矿南勾矿井为试点,基于原煤煤质情况分析,采用TGS智能梯流干选机实现了入选原煤的提质。文章阐述了TGS智能梯流干选机的工作原理,并介绍了南勾矿井TGS智能干选系统的工艺流程、设备选型及工艺布置方案。应用结果表明:经TGS智能梯流干选机分选后,精煤灰分在20%以下,矸石带煤率在1.5%以下,矸石排出率在90%以上,实现了50~13 mm粒级原煤的高效排矸。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the quality of the raw coal to be treated, an analysis is made on the property of the raw coal produced by Nangou Mine. Based on analysis result, the TGS intelligent gradient-fluidization dry separator is selected for upgrading the raw coal by Huaibei Mining Group, and trial test is conducted with the separator at Nangou Mine. The paper presents an introduction to the separator's working principle, refuse separation process, as well as the equipment selected for use, and the scheme for system layout. Test result shows that the use of the separator can effectively separate out the refuse from the 50~13 mm coal with a refuse removal rate of over 90%, a loss of coal in refuse of less than 1.5% and a clean coal ash below 20%.
