    郭屯选煤厂浮选系统技术改造

    Technical transformation of the flotation system at Guotun Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为改善浮选效果,提高精煤产率,郭屯选煤厂通过采用锯齿圆盘涡轮调浆器对入浮矿浆进行强制调浆,并采用沉降过滤式离心机和新型超高压压滤机联合回收浮选精煤,使浮选精煤产率平均提高28.61个百分点,尾煤灰分提高25.58个百分点,平均可燃体回收率由41.72%提高至79.98%。改造后,郭屯选煤厂浮选系统运行可靠,各项指标均达到预期效果,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

       

      Abstract: For improving flotation efficiency and obtaining a higher yield of flotation concentrate, the serrated-disk turbine pulp preprocessor is used at Guotun Coal Preparation Plant for making forced pulp conditioning, and the flotation concentrate product is recovered with screen-bowl centrifuge and novel-type ultra-high pressure filter press combined process. After the technical renovation, the yield of concentrate is increased by 28.61 percentage points on average, the ash of tailings goes up by 25.58 percentage points, and the recovery of combustible matters soares from 41.72% to 79.98%. The renovation work makes it possible for the flotation system to maintain a reliable operation with its performance indices all up to the desired result, yielding therefore, a favorable economic and social result for the plant.
