    平煤八矿选煤厂粗煤泥分选工艺技术改造实践

    Practice and technical transformation of the coarse slime separation process at Pingmei No.8 Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对因粗煤泥得不到有效分选,导致重介精煤“背灰”,浮选系统跑粗,循环水细泥集聚等问题,平煤八矿选煤厂通过对比煤泥重介质旋流器、螺旋分选机、水介质旋流器和干扰床分选机(TBS)设备的优缺点,决定采用TBS作为粗煤泥分选设备对粗煤泥回收工艺进行技术改造。生产实践表明:TBS投入使用之后,精煤产率提高了0.89个百分点,介耗降低至0.50 kg/t,取得了良好的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: For the reason that the coarse slime cannot get effectively separated, the ash of the clean coal product of the heavy medium washing system has to be reduced to an unnecessarily low level, and there are found entrained coarser particles in flotation feed and accumulation of fine slime in circulating water. To revert the situation, the plant's coarse slime recovery process is renovated with the use of the teetered-bed separator(TBS) following a comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages the H. M. cyclone, spiral separator, water-only cyclone and TBS. Practice shows the application of the TBS has led to a rise of yield of clean coal by 0.89 percentage points and a drop of medium consumption to 0.50 kg/t, creating as a result a favorable economic result for the plant.
