    智能控制技术在煤泥浮选过程控制中的应用

    Application of intelligent control technology in fine coal flotation process control

    • 摘要: 为促进人工智能与自动控制技术在浮选领域的融合应用,提升煤泥浮选效果,基于智能控制的基本算法,从浮选过程变量分类,浮选过程预测、控制模型建立,以及智能控制系统设计三个方面,对当前煤泥浮选过程控制技术进行了汇总,分析了当前煤泥浮选过程控制的建模技术和国内外智能控制技术研究现状,列举了一些煤泥浮选智能控制系统在浮选生产领域的应用实例。分析认为,当前煤泥浮选过程智能控制距离完全实现智能化生产还存在着差距,建议未来研究应侧重于新建模技术和更精准、轻量级、可解释性模型的开发。

       

      Abstract: For intensifying the integrated application of artificial intelligence(AI) and automatic control technology in coal flotation sphere for obtaining an improved slime flotation result, the paper presents a summary of the flotation process control technologies currently available from three aspects: classification of flotation process control variables, prediction of flotation process and design of intelligent control systems. Following an analysis of the flotation process control modeling technologies and the state-of-the-art of the work so far made on intelligent control technologies both within and abroad, prime cases in application of intelligent control system in slime flotation are cited. Result of analysis shows that to become fully intelligentized, the intelligent control systems currently applied are insufficient in technology. It is suggested that in the future more work needs to be directed toward the development of new modeling technologies and more accurate, less complicated and better interpretable algorithms.
