    • 摘要: 针对马道头选煤厂原有粗煤泥弧形筛在生产过程中筛孔经常堵塞,造成筛面物料极易囤积,严重影响粗煤泥脱水效果的问题。通过增加弧形筛自动清理装置,从而实现了弧形筛筛面的自动清理,使筛孔保持通畅。改造实践表明:弧形筛自动清理装置改善了弧形筛脱水效果,降低了精煤水分;同时解决了因弧形筛筛孔堵塞、筛面物料堆积而造成的离心机入料不均匀的问题,经济效益良好。

       

      Abstract: The coarse slime sieve bend originally used at Madaotou Coal Preparation Plant was seen to often get plugged up in operation, leading to piling-up of slime on deck, which severely affected the dewatering efficiency of the bend. To tackle the problem, an automatic deck cleaning mechanism is developed, which can keep the openings of the deck always in a clear state. Practice shows that the use of the automatic cleaning mechanism can lead to improved dewatering effect, reduced moisture content of clean coal product and elimination of the problem previously encountered in operation of centrifuge with an uneven feed caused by clogging of bend openings and piling up of materials on deck, as well as improved economic result for the plant.
