    混合捕收剂强化低阶煤浮选及其协同作用机理研究

    Study on enhancing low-rank coal flotation with mixed collector and its synergistic mechanism

    • 摘要: 为了探究混合捕收剂强化低阶煤浮选及其协同作用机理,采用十二烷(C12)与椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(CAB)作为混合捕收剂进行低阶煤浮选试验,并测量了混合捕收剂的表面张力以及捕收剂作用下低阶煤表面的接触角,通过分子动力学模拟,揭示了混合捕收剂强化浮选的作用机理。结果表明:混合捕收剂可以增强低阶煤浮选效果,且在C12与CAB体积比为3∶1时浮选效果最佳,此时精煤产率可提高至70.83%,可燃体回收率和浮选完善指标分别为79.17%和31.22%;混合捕收剂的表面张力减小,使低阶煤表面的接触角明显增大;混合捕收剂在煤表面的吸附距离减小,煤表面对水分子的束缚作用减弱。

       

      Abstract: In order to explore the synergistic mechanism of mixed collector in enhancement of flotation of low-rank coal, test is made on flotation of low-rank coal through combined use of dodecane (C12) and cocaminopropyl betaine (CAB) as mixed collector. Through measurement of the surface tension of the mixed collector and the contact angle of coal particle surface under the action of the collector as well as molecular dynamics simulation, the mechanism of mixed collector in enhancement of flotation of low-rank coal is brought to light. Test result shows that the use of mixed collector can lead to improvement of low-rank coal flotation effect and a best result can be expected when C12 and CAB are used at a ratio of 3∶1 (by volume); under such an optimum condition, the yield of concentrate, recovery of combustible matter and flotation efficiency can go up to 70.83%, 79.17%and 31.22% respectively; the surface contact angle of low-rank coal particle is noticeably increased due to decrease of surface tension of mixed collector; and the water binding force on coal surface is weakened because of decrease of absorption distance of mixed collector on coal surface.
