    气化灰渣分级分选提质试验研究

    Experimental study on upgrading of gasification slag through classification and separation

    • 摘要: 为实现固态灰渣的合理有效利用,减少灰渣的土地占用和环境污染问题,采用高效分级筛精细分级、高效螺旋分选机分选工艺分别对气化灰渣进行了分选提质试验。试验结果表明:高效分级筛筛上物料灰分为32.96%,产率为41.18%,综合筛分效率为82.58%;高效螺旋分选机对> 0.125 mm粒级物料的分选效果良好,可使精矿灰分降至22.35%。在后期工业应用中,可考虑采用高效螺旋分选机+高效分级筛联合工艺对气化灰渣进行提质处理。

       

      Abstract: For realizing comprehensive utilization of gasification slag, less occupation of land area and reduction of environmental pollution, test is made on upgrading of the slag using high-efficiency fine sizing screen and spiral separator. Test results show that the screen can work remarkably well with an overall efficiency of 82.58% and on ash and yield of the screen′s oversize material being 32.96% and 41.18% respectively; the spiral separator is well fit for treating the > 0.125 mm feed, and the ash of cleaned product can be reduced to 22.35%. It is proposed that in future industrial operation, the use of a combined process made up by spiral separator plus high-efficiency sizing screen can be considered.
