    选煤厂消防系统设计探讨

    A study of the design of coal preparation plant firefighting systems

    • 摘要: 给选煤厂设计中合理设置消防设施提供参考,进而为厂区提供有力的消防保障,对国家相关规范进行了归纳总结,重点对选煤厂的室内和室外消火栓给水系统、消防水幕系统、自动消防炮给水系统、灭火器配置及气体灭火系统进行了介绍,并对各消防给水系统的消防用水量和火灾延续时间的计算进行了详细分析。结果指出:选煤厂内的消防水池最终有效容积应按最大一栋建(构)筑物室内外消防水量与同时启动同层水幕的总水量之和来确定最终有效容积,并提出应根据选煤厂内不同建(构)筑物的性质和用途来确定合理、有效的消防设施,从而确保消防安全。

       

      Abstract: For facilitating rational deployment of firefighting facilities by design workers in design of coal preparation plant, and providing a highly secured plant area fire protection, a summation of the relevant norms and regulations is presented. Following an introduction, in particular, to the indoor and outdoor fire hydrants′ water supply systems, fire water curtain systems, automated water cannons′ water supply systems, layout of fire extinguishers and gas fire extinguishing systems, a detailed analysis is made on the water consumption of each fire water supply system and the duration of fire hazard calculated according to standard-specified figures. It is pointed out that the ultimate effective volume of the water pond of a coal preparation plant should be determined by the sum-total of the maximum volume of the water that can be consumed by both indoor and outdoor firefighting apparatuses of the plant′s largest building or structure plus the total water consumption in case the water curtain systems at the same floor are activated simultaneously. A comparison is also made of the firefighting systems suitable for use at different locations of a plant. It is finally proposed that rational and effective firefighting apparatuses should be selected for use according to the property and industrial use of each building or structure of a coal preparation plant for ensuring fire safety.
