    Practice of medium system management at Handan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了进一步降低生产成本,精细化管控介耗, 打造“节支降耗”亮点工程,邯郸洗选厂从介质库管理、重介质分选系统相关设备维护、生产工艺管理等多方面入手,深入研究影响介耗的各种因素,并采取精准措施降低介耗。生产实践表明:强化介质系统管理后,选煤厂的介耗由0.48 kg/t降低到0.22 kg/t,为选煤厂降本增效提供了有力支撑。

       

      Abstract: In order to further reduce operating costs, exercise refined management to control medium consumption, and enable the plant to become a cost-effective and energy-efficient “hot spot project”, an in-depth analysis is conducted by Handan Coal Preparation Plant on the factors contributing to the consumption of medium from multiple aspects including, among others, management of medium depot, maintenance of heavy-medium washing equipment and management of coal washing processes, along with the adoption of targeted measures for control of medium consumption. Practice shows through taking intensified control measures, the medium consumption is drastically reduced from 0.48 kg/t to 0.22 kg/t, providing a strong support for the plant to operate with a still lower operating cost and a higher efficiency.
