    鹿台山矿原煤预排矸方案选择

    A study of the scheme selected by Lutaishan Coal Mine for preremoval of waste from raw coal

    • 摘要: 为解决原煤矸石含量大、重介选煤效率低、洗选成本高等问题,鹿台山矿通过对三种原煤预排矸工艺进行对比分析, 确定选用干法分选预排矸工艺。结果表明:采用干法分选预排矸工艺可排除原煤中80%以上矸石,有效提高选煤厂入选原煤质量,减轻设备磨损,降低选煤成本,增加企业的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: High proportion of gangue in raw coal, low efficiency of heavy medium separation system and high operating costs are the problems facing the mine. For addressing these problems, following a comparative analysis of three waste preremoval schemes, the method using compound dry separator is finally selected. Practice shows that the use of the method can make it possible to remove over 80% of the gangue, effectively upgrade raw coal feed, alleviate wear of equipment, lower operating costs and improve economic performance of the mine.
