    老石旦选煤厂工艺技术改造实践

    Practice of technological process renovation at Laoshidan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了提高老石旦选煤厂生产工艺适应能力和分选效率,基于对入选原煤煤质的分析,通过工艺论证,对老石旦选煤厂进行了全重介工艺改造。结果表明:改造后老石旦选煤厂生产工艺系统运行稳定,小时入选量由420 t提高至440 t,介耗由1.8 kg/t降至1.2 kg/t,年累计增加经济效益3 215万元。

       

      Abstract: For improving the adaptability and hence the efficiency of the plant's coal washing processes, and based on analysis of raw coal feed property and proof of demonstration, the existing washing process is renovated by shifting to an all heavy-medium separation system. Practice shows that the revovated system works reliably with a rise of the feed tonnage from 420 t/h to 440 t/h and a drop of medium consumption from 1.8 kg/t to 1.2 kg/t, creating as a result a cumulative annual economic revenue of 32.15 million yuan for the plant.
