    Study and application of the slime water system management and control technologies

    • 摘要: 为了提高浮选工艺管控水平和煤泥水系统的智能化程度,三河口矿业公司选煤厂以煤泥水系统为研究对象,着重从技术改造、工艺管理和智能化建设角度阐述了煤泥水系统管理控制技术的研究及应用效果:通过煤泥离心机截粗与中矸磁尾分离技术改造,提高了精煤产率;通过建立主浮选精煤灰分-浮选尾煤状态值-加药量数学模型,实现了浮选加药智能控制;通过对分级旋流器入料压力、料桶液位进行自动检测,实现了高效分级,解决了溢流跑粗的问题;基于浊度计检测与浓缩药剂智能添加,实现了自动配药、加药一体化、无人化;基于微小流量监测单元与桶位的监测控制建立压滤运行自动诊断智能识别系统,实现了智能压滤;应用压滤机防喷溅智能保护装置与压滤机气水(固)高效分离装置,实现了压滤安全清洁生产运行;通过自主研发应用高效节能煤泥破混机,实现了浮选精煤的均质掺混。煤泥水系统管理控制技术提升后,有效促进了选煤工艺系统运行稳定,实现了产品质量与企业经济效益双增值的目的。

       

      Abstract: For enhancing the flotation process management level and the intelligent level of the slime water treatment system, a study is made on the management and control technologies with the slime water system of the coal preparation under Sanhekou Mining Co. as the object of study. The paper elaborates on the effects obtained in application of the technologies derived through study, from the perspectives of technical transformation, washing process management and intelligent construction. Practice shows that through the technical reform and the application of the technologies for checking the entry of coarse particles into centrate of slime centrifuge and for separate treatment of magnetic tailings of middlings and refuse, the yield of clean coal is noticeably increased; with the use of the flotation concentrate ash-tailings ash-reagent dosage correlated mathematical model, the addition of agents can be made under intelligent control; as the detection of feed pressure of the classifying cyclone and the liquid level of the cyclone′s feed tank are all made automatically, the cyclone can work with a high efficiency and the phenomenon of escape of coarser particles to cyclone′s overflow is eliminated; because of the use of turbidity meter and realization of intelligent dosing of flocculant, the agent preparation and doing can be made in an integrated and unmanned manner; thanks to the possibility to detect even a very small flow and the liquid level of slime water agitating tank by using monitoring and control system, the filter press can carry out smart operation by dint of the automatic diagnosis and intelligent identification system; the filter press is made possible to operate in a safe and clean manner due to use of the blowout preventer and the high-efficiency air-water (solids) separator; with the use of the independently developed high-efficiency and energy-saving slime breaker-mixer, homogeneous mixing of flotation concentrate with clean coal of the primary washing system is made possible. Application of the upgraded slime water treatment system management and control technologies has made it possible to effectively ensure the steady operation of the coal washing system and improve both product quality and economic performance of the coal preparation plant.
