    炭化炉返回烟道模拟优化研究

    Study on numerical simulation of the return-gas flue duct of carbonization furnace for optimization of flue design parameters

    • 摘要: 为了提高炭化炉的活性炭炭化过程效率,实现节能减碳,太西洗煤厂采用SolidWorks软件建立了炭化炉返回烟道模型,利用Fluent软件对不同管径下返回烟道内的流场进行了数值模拟,并对轴流风机选型进行了计算,探索了返回烟道最佳结构设计参数。研究结果表明:返回烟道最优管径为300 mm,轴流风机功率宜为1.5 kW。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the coal-based activated carbon activation process of the carbonization furnace, reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, work is made by Taixi Coal Preparation Plant on modeling of the flue duct with different structural parameters using software SolidWorks, and numerical simulation of the flow field using software CFD Fluent. As shown by study results, the size of the return-gas flue duct and the motor power of the axial-flow blower should preferably be DN300 mm and 1.5 kW respectively.
