    加压过滤机密封排料装置的优化设计

    Optimum design of sealed discharge mechanism of pressure filter

    • 摘要: 为了提高加压过滤机运行的可靠性和稳定性,结合加压过滤机自身的特点和使用时密封排料装置存在的问题,提出了加压过滤机密封排料装置的优化设计方案。通过对加压过滤机密封排料装置的外形结构、密封方式、驱动及控制方式进行优化设计,实现了加压过滤机生产成本和能耗的降低,并降低了设备故障率,使设备稳定性大大提高。

       

      Abstract: For attaining a higher reliability and stability of operation of pressure filter, and in view of the characteristics of the filter and the problems encountered in operation of its sealed discharge mechanism, an optimum design scheme of the mechanism is proposed. Through optimum design of the outer structure and the sealing, driving and control modes of the mechanism, there has been seen a dramatic reduction in operating cost, energy consumption, failure rate and much higher stability of filter operation.
