    色连一号煤矿末煤干法分选效果分析

    Analysis of the effects obtained through dry cleaning of small coal at Selian No.1 Mine's Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为解决煤矿扩能后选煤厂筛分能力不足,< 13 mm粒级末煤不分选导致的煤炭产品灰分高、发热量低等问题,色连一号煤矿选煤厂在筛分车间增加分级筛,并新建了干选车间对< 13 mm粒级末煤进行分选。生产实践表明:改造后,筛分车间的筛分能力满足了煤矿扩能需求;< 13 mm粒级末煤分选后的产品发热量提高,满足了用户需求,使企业经济效益明显增加。

       

      Abstract: The problems faced by Selian No.1 Mine's Coal Preparation Plant after expansion of mining capacity are insufficiency in screening capacity, and high ash content and low calorific value of clean coal product due to untreatment of the < 13 mm raw coal. To tackle the problems, more sizing screens are used and a new workshop for dry cleaning of the < 13 mm raw coal is added. Practice shows that after the renovation work, the plant can operate with the required sizing capacity and the < 13 mm clean coal can attain the calorific value required by users, making it possible for the enterprise to gain a noticeable increase of economic revenues.
