    羊场湾洗煤厂末煤重介系统优化改造

    Upgrading and optimization of the small coal heavy-medium separation system at Yangchangwan Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对新建的末煤重介系统存在生产稳定性差、三产品重介质旋流器处理量低与分选精度不高等问题,羊场湾洗煤厂详细分析了各工艺环节存在的问题,并进行了优化改造。优化改造后,末煤分选系统实现了生产的连续稳定,不仅提高了精煤产率,而且降低了选煤生产成本,每年可为企业增加收益2 867.69万元,经济效益显著。

       

      Abstract: The problems faced by Yangchangwan Plant in operation of the newly added small coal heavy-medium separation system are low operation stability of the system, undercapacity, and low-sharpness of separation of the 3-product H. M. cyclone. Based on in-depth analysis of the problems encountered in each process link, work is made on renovation and optimization of the system. The optimized system can now work continuously in a stable manner and its use can lead to rise of yield rate of clean coal and reduction of operating costs, bringing about a noticeably favorable economic result enabling the plant to earn additional revenues of 28.676 9 million yuan per year.
