    保德选煤厂生产炼焦煤的可行性分析及工艺改造实践

    Feasibility analysis on production of coking coal and coal washing process transformation practice at Baode Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为进一步提升商品煤价值,基于矿井原煤的特殊属性,保德选煤厂对生产炼焦煤的可行性进行分析基础上进行了系统工艺改造,突破了单一分选密度无法直接生产炼焦煤的工艺瓶颈,通过采用有压两产品重介质旋流器主再选工艺,实现了由单一生产动力煤工艺转变为炼焦煤+动力煤的联合生产,为选煤厂利润提升开辟了新的途径,并取得了可观的经济效益。

       

      Abstract: With an aim to further raise the value of the commercial coal product, work is made by Baode Coal Preparation Plant in the light of the specific characteristics and property of the raw coal on feasibility analysis of production of coking coal and systematic transformation of washing processes, in a bid to break the bottleneck of being unable to directly produce coking coal by using the existing washing system operating with a single separating density. Through the use of the primary plus secondary washing process with pressure-fed 2-product heavy medium cyclone, it is made possible to shift the washing process capable of producing power coal only to a coking coal and power coal combined washing process. The industrial application of the latter process provides a new approach for the rise of profits and has yielded a noticeably favorable economic result for the plant.
