有机混凝剂在火烧铺矿选煤厂煤泥水处理中的应用

    Application of organic coagulating agent in coal slurry water treatment at Huoshaopu Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了提高煤泥水处理效果,火烧铺矿选煤厂通过实验室对比试验和工业性试验对有机混凝剂(二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵)与原用凝聚剂(硫酸铝)的应用效果进行了对比研究。结果表明:采用有机混凝剂处理煤泥水具有处理量大、煤泥滤饼水分低、循环水清澈、能耗低、药剂单耗低的优点,有机混凝剂的用量仅为原用凝聚剂的8.3%,使吨煤泥加工费降低了2.77元。有机混凝剂处理煤泥水可节约生产成本,降低职工劳动强度,符合当前绿色矿山建设主题。

       

      Abstract: For attaining a better coal slurry water treatment result, comparative test is conducted by Huoshaopu Coal Preparation Plant on the effects that can be obtained with the respective use of the coagulant(dimenthyldiallylammonium chloride) and the flocculating agent alluminium sulfate originally used, through bench-scale comparative test and industrial test. Test results show that the use of the former agent offers a series of advantages over the latter, such as higher treating capacity, lower moisture of filter cake, clearer circulating water, lower energy consumption and lower unit consumption of agent; the cost incurred for treating per ton of slime can be reduced by 2.77 yuan for less dosage of the agent is required(only 8.3 percent of the formerly used flocculating agent); moreover its use can lead to reduction of operating cost and ease of labor intensity, and is in keeping with the aspirations nowadays for building a green coal industry.
