    • 摘要: 为解决重介分选密度控制系统老旧、无法适应煤质变化等问题,双柳煤矿选煤厂对重介分选密度控制系统进行了升级改造,建立了一套基于显著差异煤质的重介分选智能控制系统。生产实践表明:基于显著差异煤质的重介分选智能控制系统应用后,实现了重介分选系统设备的自动控制和工艺参数的自动调节,设备利用率和生产效率均大幅提升,精煤产率提高0.20个百分点,吨煤介耗降低0.20 kg。

       

      Abstract: The problem faced by Shuangliu Plant is that due to the use of outdated medium separating density control system, the heavy medium separation system is rendered unable to adapt to the variation of property of raw coal. Through upgrading and renovation of the existing control system, an intelligent heavy medium separation density control system that is highly adaptable to wide variation of raw coal property is developed. Practice shows that the use of the system, the heavy medium separation system is made possible to realize automatic control of equipment and automatic adjustment of process parameters, leading to therefore sharp rise of equipment utilization rate and separation efficiency, an increase of clean coal yield by 0.20 percentage points and a drop of medium consumption per ton of coal treated by 0.20 kg.
