    Study and application of the equal-separating density gravity-flow medium adding system

    • 摘要: 为解决常规介质添加方式存在的滞后性大、加介效率低、能耗大等问题,代池坝选煤厂采用等分选密度自流式介质添加方法进行介质添加:以分选密度为依据配制悬浮液,使添加的悬浮液密度与系统内循环悬浮液密度一致;利用重力势能使悬浮液自流到合格介质桶,实现了自流介质添加;利用PLC将悬浮液配制、搅拌、放料操作整合至集中控制平台,实现了自动加介。生产实践表明:采用等分选密度自流式介质添加方法实现了介质自动添加,稳定生产,精煤产率增加了0.75个百分点,提高了加介效率,降低了能耗,节约了成本。

       

      Abstract: The conventional medium adding mode suffers from the drawbacks of being long in delay time, low in efficiency and high in energy consumption. To tackle these problems, Daichiba Plant opts for the use of the equal-separating density gravity-flow medium adding method instead. With the use of the system, the medium suspension is prepared according to required separating density and the density of the medium suspension added is in consistent with that of the suspension circulating inside the system; the suspension can flow into the qualified medium tank by gravitational potential; and the preparation, mixing and discharge of medium suspension can be made on centralized control console with PLC to effect automatic adding of medium suspension. Practice shows that the use of the automatic medium adding system has led to higher stability of washing operations, a rise of yield of flotation concentrate by 0.75 percentage point, higher medium adding efficiency and both reduced energy consumption and operating cost.
