    细粒煤过滤脱水技术研究现状与展望

    Current status and prospect of the research work on dewatering of fine coal through filtration

    • 摘要: 水分是衡量煤炭质量优劣的重要指标之一,煤炭水分过高不仅会增加运输成本,而且会影响煤炭产品的进一步加工利用。为促进煤炭脱水技术发展,文章对细粒煤过滤脱水技术的研究现状进行了综述,并从建立粒度级配模型、高效助滤剂的研发现状和高效脱水装备的开发这三个主要方面进行阐述,指出细粒煤过滤脱水技术面临的主要问题是最终产品水分含量过高和脱水时间过长,认为需要进一步优化粒度级配模型,研发环保、经济、高效的助滤剂,脱水设备需向大型、可靠、高效的方向发展。

       

      Abstract: Moisture of coal is an crucial indicator of its quality. An excessively high moisture of coal can lead to rise of transport costs and affect further processing and utilization of coal product. In order to promote development of coal dewatering technology, the paper presents a general survey of the status quo of the work on the technologies for fine coal dewatering through filtration, with the focus placed on the following three aspects:size consist modeling; present status of the research and development of high-efficiency filter aids and highly efficient dewatering equipment. It is pointed out that the main problems of the fine coal dewatering technologies currently available are higher moisture of dewatered final product and longer dewatering time. It is held that further work needs to be directed towards optimization of the particle size and size consist modeling, R & D of environmentally-friendly cost-effective and highly effective filter aids and use of more reliable and efficient larger-size dewatering equipment.
