    禾草沟选煤厂降低介耗的探索与实践

    Study and field application of the methods for reduction of medium consumption at Hecaogou Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了解决介耗偏高的问题,禾草沟选煤厂采用改进弧形筛布料箱、调整脱介筛喷水角度、调整磁选机喷水角度等方法,对选煤厂介质回收工艺系统进行了优化。生产实践表明,优化后综合介质粉消耗降低了0.4 kg/t,经济效益增加70余万元。通过优化,禾草沟选煤厂提升了磁性物回收率,降低了生产成本,提高了经济效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to tackle the problem regarding the considerably high consumption of medium, work is made by the plant on optimization of the medium recovery system through improving the material spreading box of the sieve bend and adjusting the angles of water spray of the medium draining screen and the magnetic separator. Practice shows that the use of the renovated and optimized system has led to an overall cut of consumption of magnetite powder by 0.4 kg/t, a rise of economic revenue by 700 000 yuan, an increased recovery of magnetic material, reduced operating cost and a favorable economic result.
