    岱庄矿选煤厂生产工艺改造实践

    Practice of transformation of the coal washing processes of Daizhuang Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对入选原煤煤质变差、生产工艺相对落后导致的精煤产率低、水分高等问题,岱庄矿选煤厂分析了主洗跳汰系统和粗煤泥回收系统存在的主要问题,基于入选原煤煤质分析,确定采用三产品重介质旋流器分选工艺对主洗跳汰系统进行改造升级,采用复振筛与离心脱水机对粗精煤泥进行联合脱水回收。近一年的生产实践表明,改造实施后选煤厂精煤产率提高约5个百分点,精煤水分下降了1个百分点左右。岱庄矿选煤厂生产工艺改造达到了预期效果,经济效益明显。

       

      Abstract: The trouble faced by Daizhuang Coal Preparation Plant is that the clean coal is low in yield rate and high in moisture due to deterioration of raw coal property and use of outdated coal washing processes. To deal with this situation, an analysis is made of the main problems of the primary jigging washing system and the coarse slime recovery system. To adapt to the variation of raw coal property, the plant's primary jiggng washing system is renovated by shifting to the use of heavy medium separation system, and the coarse slime is separated and recovered using compound vibrating screen plus dewatering centrifuge. Practice over nearly one year shows that the use of the renovated washing system can operate with the desired result and remarkable economic benefits as evidenced by the rise of yield of clean coal by 5 percentage points and drop of moisture of clean coal by around 1 percentage point.
