    双柳煤矿选煤厂煤泥水控制系统的设计与应用

    Design and application of the coal slurry water control system at Shuangliu Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为了提高煤泥水系统控制水平,双柳煤矿选煤厂通过对煤泥水浓缩过程实施流量、浊度、浓度、浓度梯度、煤泥水分界面的在线检测和预测,实现了浓缩过程的透明化系统设计;通过药剂协同智能添加和压滤系统群控技术,实现煤泥水系统的优化运行。煤泥水系统智能化升级后,有效促进了煤泥水系统的稳定运行,消除了压耙风险,降低了药剂消耗,实现了减人提效,以及压滤机的移动操作。

       

      Abstract: For enhancing the level of control of the slurry water treatment system, work is made by Shuangliu Plant on online monitoring, detection and prediction of the flowrate, turbidity, concentration, concentration gradient, and liquid/solids interface of the water in thickening process, and based on which a transparent system is designed to allow the thickening process to become a transparent one. Through unified and coordinated control of agent dosage, automatic agent addition and press filtration process, the slurry water treatment system is made possible to operate in an optimized manner. After the control system is turned into an intelligent one through technical upgrading, the slurry water treatment system can now work stably with no risk of sticking of the rakes of thickener, less consumption of agents, improved efficiency, less manpower, and even with mobile filter presses.
