    涡北选煤厂煤泥浮选系统工艺诊断与优化研究

    Diagnosis and optimization of the technological process of fine coal flotation system of Guobei Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对浮选尾煤泥发热量高的问题,对涡北选煤厂的一次浮选、二次浮选工艺进行了分析,通过分步释放浮选试验、浮选条件试验,对入料可浮性条件进行探索,并考察了“一次粗选”、“一粗一精”、“一粗两精”三种浮选工艺流程的分选效果。结果表明:该厂浮选尾煤存在一定程度的跑粗;一次浮选入料具有较好的可浮性,现场浮选系统具有进一步优化提升的潜力;采用“一粗两精”的浮选工艺可以得到产率为71.42%、灰分为11.36%的合格精煤,尾煤灰分和产率分别为75.53%,10.36%,精煤与尾煤指标均达到选煤厂的要求。

       

      Abstract: The tailings flotation system needs to be optimized for addressing the problem regrading the high calorific value of tailings. Based on results of analysis of the problems encountered with the use of the primary and secondary flotation processes, and through investigation of the flotability of feed material by making timed-release analysis and test on flotation conditions, the effects that can be obtained by the following three flotation schemes are explored and compared:single-stage roughing process, single-stage roughing + single-stage cleaning process and single-stage roughing + two-stage cleaning process. Study result shows that there exists a certain degree of loss of coal particles in tailings; the feed for primary flotation process exhits a fairly good flotability; there exists the potential for further upgrading and optimization of the flotation system currently used; and through the use of the single-stage roughing + two-stage cleaning process, the yield rate and ash of concentrate are 71.42% and 11.36% and the figures of the tailings are 75.53% and 10.36%, respectively, all meeting the requirements of the plant.
