    捕收剂乳化对煤泥浮选效果影响的研究

    Effect of emulsification of collector on slime flotation

    • 摘要: 针对传统捕收剂油滴尺寸大导致细小煤颗粒过量吸附,增大捕收剂用量抑制细小煤颗粒上浮,进而增加后续处理成本的问题,研究了捕收剂乳化对煤泥浮选效果的影响。通过设计乳化装置,在实验室进行了不同乳化条件的效能研究,并采用乳化捕收剂对淮北选煤厂四个矿别的煤样进行了浮选试验。试验结果表明:当油水比为2∶1,搅拌转速为1 100 r/min,搅拌时间为10 min时,乳化效果最好;在此条件下,各矿煤泥浮选综合指标最佳,精煤灰分均为最低,且精煤可燃体回收率最高。

       

      Abstract: The problems with the use of traditional collectors involve excessive absorption of collector, depression of floating of ultrafine coal particles, and hence increase of costs of subquent processes because the collectors used have generally a large size of droplets. To deal with this situation, a study is made on the effect of emulsification of collector on slime flotation. Based on the results of laboratory test on different emulsification conditions with a specifically designed emulsifier, flotation test on of the coal samples collected from four different mines is carried out by Huaibei Plant using emulsified collector. Test results show that a best emulsification result can be obtained at an oil-water ratio of 2:1, an agitating speed of 1 100 r/min and an agitating time of 10 minutes; and under these conditions, there can be seen the obtainment of the best comprehensive flotation indicator, a lowest ash value of concentrate product and highest recovery of combustible matter.
