    磁铁矿粉粒度级配对重介质旋流器分选效果影响的研究

    A study of the influence of size consist of magnetite powder on heavy medium cyclone's separation efficiency

    • 摘要: 为探究磁铁矿粉粒度级配对重介质旋流器分选效果的影响,设计了重介分选中试系统,并利用该系统进行中试分选试验,探究了<0.045 mm粒级含量分别为70%,80%,90%的磁铁矿粉配制的重悬浮液的分选效果。试验结果表明:磁铁矿粉粒度越细,所配制的重悬浮液稳定性越好,重介质旋流器的分选效果越好。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influence of size consist of magnetite powder on separation performance of heavy medium cyclone, pilot-scale test is conducted with a specifically designed heavy medium separation system to explore the results of separation that can be obtained when the medium suspensions used are prepared with magnetite powders containing the <0.045 mm fine sizes of 70%, 80% and 90% respectively. Test result shows that the finer the graded size of magnetite powder, the higher the stability of medium suspension and hence the better the separation result.
