    尾煤泥深度分选工艺探索与应用

    Study and application of the flotation tailings in-depth clean process

    • 摘要: 为了提高尾煤泥的全粒度回收,实现尾煤泥的综合回收利用,采用一段闭路磨矿+闭路浮选的方法,对浮选尾煤泥进行再选研究。结果表明:在深度加工后,对入料灰分在50%左右的高灰细粒煤泥进行再分选,可进一步回收精煤产品;采用一粗三精二扫分选工艺可得到灰分在12.00%以下、产率在35%~40%之间的精煤产品,浮选尾矿灰分可达到80%以上。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the recovery of flotation tailings for all size and realize recovery and comprehensive utilization of fine coal, work is made on recleaning of the flotation tailings from the waste heap using the single-stage closed-circuit grinding plus closed-circuit flotation process. Study results show that through reconcentration of the tailings containing around 50% of high-ash fines with the one roughing+three cleaning+two scavenging flotation processes, a flotation concentrate with an ash of ≤ 12.00% and a yield of 35%~40% can be obtained while the ash of the tailings can reach over 80%.
