    邵寨选煤厂降低介耗的生产实践

    The technical measures for reduction of medium consumption adopted by Shaozhai Coal Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 为降低选煤厂介耗,基于对生产系统中影响介耗因素的分析,邵寨选煤厂从技术和管理两方面入手,采用井下TDS智能干选机预排矸,增加块煤入选比例,改进预脱介固定筛筛板结构,优化脱介筛喷水工艺以及建立智能重介密度控制系统,并严格控制入厂介质质量,及时科学调整磁选机运行工况等措施,使介耗由原来的0.79 kg/t降至0.47 kg/t,节约了生产成本,取得了较好的经济效益,同时为同类型选煤厂降低介耗提供了有益参考。

       

      Abstract: For reducing consumption of medium, an analysis is made of the factors leading to the high consumption of medium at Shaozhai Coal Preparation Plant. Based on result of analysis, a series of technical and managerial measures is adopted by the plant. These include, among others, use of TDS separator for preremoval of dirts of raw coal underground, increase of the proportion of raw coal treated by coarse coal washing system, improvement of the structure of the deck of the fixed medium predraining screen, optimization of medium draining screen's water spraying process, introduction of intelligent medium density control system, strict control of quality of delivered magnetite powder, and making scientific adjustment of operating conditions of magnetic separator. Adoption of these measures has led to reduction of medium consumption from 0.79 kg/t to 0.47 kg/t, save of operating costs, and creation of a favorable economic performance. The effective measures taken by the plant can serve as a valuable reference for cutting medium consumption by similar plants.
